contact us by calling 1-866-539-6119. A Wabtec representative will
then ask a series of troubleshooting questions to determine if the
issue is a hardware or software problem. If possible, WGS will fix
the problem while you are on the phone. If further investigation
is required, WGS will issue a trouble tracking ticket and have one
of our software engineers investigate the issue.

System Support Includes:
- Problem resolution in a timely manner as defined by the Service
Level Agreement (SLA).
- Version control and file maintenance.
- Phone attendance and administration to any required project
meetings.
