| WabLink™: Case Study WabLink™ and Montana Rail Link |

As a regional railroad, Montana Rail Link (MRL) operates approximately 1,000 miles of track spanning from Montana to Washington. Kim Griffin, Senior Purchasing Manager at Montana Rail Link frequently uses WabLink™ to purchase replenishment parts for MRL’s fleet of more than 2,100 freight cars and 120 locomotives. As part of our effort for continuous improvement, Wabtec contacted Ms.Griffin to obtain Montana Rail Link’s feedback on our e-commerce site. |
| We found that like many customers, MRL uses WabLink to place orders, check order status and history, search for parts in our catalog and to obtain shipment tracking information. Ms. Griffin noted that she appreciates how WabLink™ is “very easy to use and extremely efficient” and that “whether Wabtec’s office is open or closed, I know that my order will be processed.” |
